Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client, a highly regarded law firm in Slough for a legal administrator/receptionist to join their professional team, the role is a full time permanent position.

This role is to provide crucial legal and administrative support to the solicitors within the team, managing files, drafting documents, handling client correspondences, managing diaries, other administrative duties and contributing to business development.

Some responsibilities of the role :
- Meeting and greeting visitors, answering calls and taking messages
-Setting up meeting rooms for consultation / online hearing / interviews and making refreshments occasionally
- Booking appointments for solicitors and legal team
- Managing incoming/outgoing post, arranging couriers, delivering post to post office
- Typing documents, filing, scanning, photocopying files and preparing legal bundles.
- Opening files, updating and maintaining database, ensuring accurate information at all times
- Assisting with preparing and collating court documents for solicitors
