Main duties of the job As the Clinical Practice Educator you will work with the Training and Apprenticeship team to support and coach clinical apprentices within secondary care. You will be responsible for arranging the apprenticeship placements and supporting them to gain the most from their learning experience. You will enhance the quality of the practice learning environment, through the provision of support, advice and clinical education sessions. You will be a strong leader who always leads by example and provides inspiration to learners to help them achieve their full potential. About us A Registered Nurse with current professional registration with NMC, with a minimum of 2 years post registration experience of clinical practice within any nursing field. You will have a proven track record of recently supporting learners in practice, excellent communication and time management skills.
