We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and committed person to lead Smethwick Town teams and deputise for the Senior Supervisor.
You will need to:
* Have at least two years’ experience
* work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
* communicate clearly and concisely with staff and customers
* work to your own initiative, but also as part of a team
* understand the role of libraries and how they support Sandwell Council’s ambitions.

You must hold a professional library/information qualification to degree level or equivalentOR be working towards arecognised library or customer service qualification (e.g. City and Guilds Certificate, NVQ Level 2/3 in Customer Care)OR equivalent skills and experience.
