About the role This is a full time, permanent position for the role of Account Manager. Remote working is standard, with occasional days at our office in Wallasey, Wirral. Occasional travel will be required to meet with clients and prospective clients nationwide. Our Account Manager will: Create and maintain strong customer relationships with framework members ensuring they are happy with their arrangements Engage confidently with client leads and existing members, via phone, video call, email and in person Assist with implementation of call-off contracts under the framework and present tailored options to meet client needs Provide support to resolve client or supplier issues efficiently & effectively Work collaboratively with the Cirrus team and framework suppliers to drive framework growth Collaborate with suppliers to ensure clients receive up-to-date sector knowledge, value for money, continuous development and added value Represent the business with clients, prospects, and at industry events and conferences Preparation of client documentation Update and inform team internally to shape relevant marketing and business activity Opportunity to progress for the right person The expected salary offered for this role is £30,000 to £35,000 per annum. About you: For the role of Account Manager, we are looking for candidates with the following attributes: Excellent communicator, able to build rapport at all levels.
