The role of a Cover Supervisor is a multi-faceted one. You will work alongside faculty in supporting the educational growth and development of pupils either in a group setting or on a 1-1 basis. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of a class and liaison with teachers to ensure student needs are met.
Working in this role you would,
1. Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure educational plans are carried out to an industry standard.
2. Aiding students in accessing and understanding the curriculum.
3. Monitoring behaviour and welfare of pupils throughout each day.
4. Helping to ensure all students have access to equal opportunities.
5. To be vigilant in safeguarding.
The ideal candidate will be looking to grow as an educator while simultaneously driving to grow the horizons of those around them. Ideally you have a skillset suited to the teaching environment, showcasing great communication skills, patience, positivity, and a passion to inspire change.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
