Case Manager – Permanent Supportive Housing; Sign-On Bonus!!
Aid in providing vital support services to consumers in the Supportive Housing Program to resolve homelessness and achieve permanent housing stability. This position gives you the opportunity for meaningful, hands-on work alongside community partners for greater continuity of care.
Position Specifics
Location: Main Campus - Abingdon, VA
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday, On-Call Hours
Compensation: $19.50 – Commensurate with education/experience; On-call responsibilities with additional pay. $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!!
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services or related field or a bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with 15 hours human services related credits.
Experience: Two years’ experience with at least one-year clinical experience required.
