Role Title: Principal Commercial Steering Manager
Location: London Paddington / Newbury

Then join the Strategy & Commercial Operations team as a Principal Commercial Steering Manager. With us you will:
1. Actively monitor and adjust commercial levers for projects and services in alignment with the account management, production units and finance to maximise profitability, minimise risk, ensure efficient use of resources and achieve desired outcomes and value to customers/partners.
2. Generate comprehensive, data-driven insights to enhance and refine commercial modelling, enable more accurate forecasting, strategic decision making, and optimization of revenue streams with the aim to maximize profitability and sustainable growth for B2T.
3. Establish and manage governance processes for commercial decision making across the B2T organisation and Production Units.
4. Orchestrate commercial input for Senior Management reviews, DB planning and target setting, operationalization of financials in line with strategic focus across all B2T customers/partners.
5. Own central B2T pipeline management across functional areas and accounts/partners.
It would be nice if you have:
1. Prior knowledge and experience of Vodafone OpCos and/or Group.
2. Strong commercial acumen.
3. Ability to analyse and articulate complex information in a simple and effective way.
4. Highly effective influencing and commercial negotiating skills.
5. Ability to develop positive relationships with individuals at all levels.
6. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
7. Substantial management experience at senior level, presenting to Exco level stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
8. Self-starter who is committed to deliver results and make decisions.
9. International experience across different cultures.
10. Degree in either Business, Economics, Engineering, or related studies (MA, MSc or equivalent university degree).
11. 5+ years of experience in commercial and strategy roles.
12. MBA desirable.
