Details of Duties
Duties include appointment of new staff, assign tasks and monitors and reviews staff performance for the Manomay Import Export Limited.
He/she needs to confirm that adequate reserves of stock are held and that stock keeping is carried out proficiently.
Also need to handle customer complaints and queries regarding sales and service properly,
It is important to liaises with other employee to provide information about stock, special promotions etc. to customers;
supervises the maintenance of financial and other records and controls security arrangements for the premises;
He/she also needs to approve payment for supplies received and decides on selling price, discount rates and credit terms;
Moreover, He/she will inspect quality of goods and confirms that effective use is made of marketing and display facilities.

Qualification
We require that our employees must have minimum A-levels or equivalent academic qualification.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as a retail Manager Preferable
