Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent from diverse backgrounds.
* Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of early career professionals.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions and industry partners.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven track record in early career talent acquisition and development.
