We are now looking for a Facilities Manager to join us on a permanent, part-time basis, working 22.5 hours per week (including two days in the office).

The Role
As our Facilities Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and development of our accommodation across four properties in East Sussex.
Specifically, you will ensure our services run smoothly by managing existing sites, identifying and onboarding new properties, and supporting key operational functions.
Working as a key member of the Business Support team, you will deliver cross-organisational services, lead procurement activities, manage contracts, and support health and safety and environmental initiatives.
Additionally, you will:
- Respond to reactive maintenance repairs
- Develop and manage preferred supplier and contractor lists
- Lead on property mobilisation and closure meetings
- Address safeguarding concerns in line with Solace policy
About You
To be considered as a Facilities Manager, you will need:
- Experience in facilities management or property maintenance
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
- The ability to embed processes and systems to support organisational functions
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- A passion for supporting survivors and ensuring high-quality service environments
