“Find your role”
As Property Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the commercials of key Property and Construction workstreams across the Asda estate, with an estimated spend of £250m per annum.
You will collaborate and build strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders including Property, Finance, Construction Managers, Project Managers, QS, suppliers and consultants to ensure projects are delivered within agreed commercial frameworks.
You will be part of a large cross-functional team, so you will have a strong, collaborative work ethic and enjoy developing and building working relationships.
You Will:
* Work closely with the Commercial Manager lead on key Asda Property workstreams including New Space, Asset and Petrol Stations.
* Be a business partner working alongside Construction implementation teams to drive robust cost management and procurement.
* Be integral in the construction implementation teams programme from start to finish ensuring robust business cases and commercial governance.
* Work closely with a team of external QS's to ensure consistent and value-added input into cost and change management.
* Support in preparing board and department sign off approval papers.
* Coordinate and manage communication related to cost, budget and invoicing between internal and external stakeholders.

* You will have a Commercial, Quantity Surveying or Finance background.
* You must have demonstrable ability to manage and deliver against challenging cost targets.
* You will be proactive with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* You will have proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to manage significant change and challenges.
* Computer literate – with good experience of MS Excel.
