Job Title: Catering Manager
We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our catering services.
About the Role:
* Lead a team of chefs and service staff to deliver exceptional food and customer service.
* Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and food safety.
* Ensure smooth service delivery in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cooking and preparing meals to a high standard.
2. Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
3. Managing staff performance and providing coaching and training as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a senior catering role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, contracted full-time basis.
Estimated Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
