Business Development Manager - KOL Mapping Services The opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Growth Manager to drive the success of our KOL Mapping Hub, selling directly to both existing and prospective clients. The KOL Mapping Hub helps pharmaceutical companies identify key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and industry influencers to support their product lifecycles and maximize impact. In this role, you will take full ownership of business development, managing inbound and outbound activities, and cultivating strong client relationships both virtually and in-person. Youll collaborate closely with our internal project teams to strategically introduce and position our KOL Insights offering, tailoring solutions to meet each clients unique needs. What youll be doing: Manage and Grow Client Relationships:Develop and nurture relationships with both current and potential clients (Pharmaceutical companies), engaging in consultative sales to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions through virtual and face to face meeting Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads from various sources, (existing databases, cold outreach and inbound enquiries from website and marketing campaigns) expanding our client base and identifying new business opportunities Client Needs Analysis: Listen to, understand, and interpret client requirements, providing valuable insights to internal teams to tailor our offerings effectively via virtual meetings or face to face Proposal Development and Pitching: Lead high-quality proposal creation in response to client needs and RFPs, presenting and pitching these proposals to clients.
