Rates:
1 x Bedroom Apartment - £600
2 x Bedroom Apartment - £800
3 x Bedroom Apartment - £1,000
The rooms are at a mist coat and will require a spot fill and sand, 2no coats to ceilings and walls with a feature wall in the bedroom and kitchen.
All woodwork including doors are factory primed and will require filling, sanding and 2no coats to cover.
CSCS Card will be required.
