Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will perform echocardiograms to capture detailed images of the heart, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac conditions. You'll interpret the results, prepare reports for cardiologists, and ensure the maintenance and calibration of diagnostic equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring patients during stress tests and other cardiac procedures, contributing significantly to accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Cardiac Physiology or a relevant scientific subject (e.g., Pure or Applied Physics, Biology, Human Biology, or Sports Science with significant scientific content) Certification from recognised professional bodies such as the British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) Minimum of 2 years' experience in echocardiography or a related clinical setting Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting echocardiographic equipment Ability to analyse and interpret echocardiographic data Why Work with Pulse?
