RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES To carry out daily microbiological analysis of products and raw materials. To follow procedures diligently and work efficiently to meet daily targets. To maintain laboratory supplies as required. To adhere at all times to the health and safety working practices within the laboratory. To provide QC laboratory and quality reports as required. To carry out product quality testing as required. To maintain laboratory test methods and work instructions. To train manufacturing team members in quality testing and hygiene practices. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS This position requires a minimum of GCSE's in mathematics, and two science subjects.
