Our people are vital to the future of St Wilfrid's Hospice and it is essential that we recruit and retain the very best individuals and offer a supportive, engaging, and rewarding working environment.
We are looking for a Data Development and Insight Lead for a fixed-term of 1 year as maternity cover. We focus on providing quality care and we know what's needed to help our teams deliver this. We are keen to identify unmet need, reduce inequalities, measure the impact of our service activity and demonstrate our reach, with datasets developed in conjunction with care leads and national currencies/terminology.
The Data Development and Insight Lead will work closely with and report to the Associate Director for Quality and Governance. They will also work closely with the Leadership Team and Heads of Departments plus a range of stakeholders including a peer group across a local hospice alliance collaborative.
The post holder may line manage, mentor and support a Clinical Data Analyst to work alongside them.
We'll value you for who you are and the difference that you can make for our hospice in the communities we serve, providing professional development opportunities in a values-driven organisation.
