This role is required an active SC clearance. Roles: 1. IT Service Management Specialist: Lead SLA analysis, define KPIs, and ensure dashboards align with business goals. 2. ServiceNow Administrator: Configure and implement dashboards within ServiceNow, ensuring real-time visibility and data accuracy. Responsibilities: 1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define SLA metrics and reporting needs. 2. Dashboard Design: Create user-friendly dashboards for self-service incidents and P1-P5 assignments. 3. Data Configuration: Set up accurate data sourcing and metrics in ServiceNow. 4. Testing and Validation: Ensure dashboards meet SLA targets and stakeholder expectations. 5. Access Control: Implement role-based permissions for tailored data visibility. 6. Documentation and Training: Provide setup documentation and train users on dashboard usage. 7. Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to SLA tracking and ServiceNow analytics.
