Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £54,793 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
1. Planning, delivery and financial management of IM&T enables projects within the IM&T function Managing complex individual IM&T projects, programmes and work streams.
2. Producing business cases, business needs responses, project communications and operational readiness reviews as required.
3. Matrix management of project resources - internal and external suppliers.
4. Adhering to the risk management process and contributing to local risk reviews as appropriate.
5. Providing suppliers with clear requirements and managing conflicting priorities within the portfolio.
6. Supporting the Business Need process, managing consumer expectations, providing advice and guidance on planning, costs, resources and budget as required.
7. Ensure that entire project lifecycle delivery is performed in accordance with agreed standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of working practices / Ensure appropriate governance is in place for all projects so that accountabilities and responsibilities are clear.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
1. Demonstrable experience in IT project management.
2. Excellent communication skills with experience managing stakeholders of all levels.
3. Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable:
1. Experience of budget management.
2. Formal project management certifications eg Prince 2, APM.
3. Experience in software development lifecycle.

The App Support team:
This role sits within the App Support team, who manage various toolsets and apps, upgrading, managing obsolescence and any other service-related activities. The team also works with future technologies within the FalconWorks programme, such as AI, Boston Dynamics and The Cloud.
