Requirements To Be Successful In The Role:
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or events is preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
· Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus but not required.
· Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
· A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Events Sales Manager in planning, organizing, and executing events.
· Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
· Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
· Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
· Assist in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.
· Participate in marketing activities to promote upcoming events.
