Job summary We are looking to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner to work in our nursing leadership team in at Nottingham University Hospitals Trust (NUH). To help lead and develop the well-established team of nurses within NUH Endoscopy. The services operates across the whole of NUH, at Nottingham Treatment Centre, City Hospital Campus and Queens Medical Centre Campus. The Deputy sister/ Charge nurse will be based at Nottingham City Hospital. But it is a requirement that all staff members will work across the three sites when required. The role requires forward thinking staff, with some leadership skills. Who are enthusiastic and who can ensure that the highest standards of care are met. You will be pro-active in the professional development of the nursing team and will need to demonstrate the ability to manage both acutely ill and chronically ill patients, alongside co-ordinating the clinical area and nursing teams.
