About the Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and repair the facilities infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
2. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
3. Respond promptly to emergency situations or urgent maintenance requests
4. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects and tasks
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
7. Assist with planning and implementing facility improvement projects
