Members Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Members Administrator to work from our client’s office in Rochford. You will provide administrative support to the Office Manager and the office on a day-to-day basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Answering telephone and email communications and dealing with general enquiries
2. Processing of new memberships, completing new member letters and forwarding welcome packs
3. Fulfilling literature requests from member organisations, members and healthcare professionals
4. Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail including taking outgoing mail to the post office
5. Accepting and recording deliveries, including storage of leaflets, promotional items and stationery
6. Preparing communications, photocopying, collating and distributing correspondence as instructed
7. Attend training courses, such as First Aid or Fire Safety
8. Assist with the general preparations for meetings and events including bookings, payments and dispatch of exhibition equipment
9. General hardcopy and electronic filing as required
10. Assist with general office upkeep and cleanliness as and when required
11. Any other ad hoc tasks as delegated by the Office Manager, or the Chief Executive Officer
12. Processing member subscriptions and updating member information using the database
