Job summary Modality LLP is a large-scale provider of NHS and private Outpatient Services, renowned for its innovative approach to delivering efficient pathways for patients requiring specialist care, leading to high-quality patient outcomes. We are recruiting a Senior Medical Secretary to provide all aspects of secretarial and administrative duties to a group of consultants and the wider clinical team for self-pay and insured patients/clients. Senior Medical Secretaries will have exceptional customer services skills with the ability to deal with staff and patients/clients with a high degree of professionalism, compassion and confidentiality. We are looking for individuals with highly developed organisation skills, ensuring that patient/client care is coordinated in an efficient, effective and proactive manner.
