Job Title: Production Manager
Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee the production process for a leading manufacturer of metal fabricated products in Sheffield.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a team of fabricators, welders, and supervisors, ensuring quality compliance with ISO9001 and environmental standards ISO14001.
This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support the production team in achieving daily targets.
* Oversee stock control and goods-in processes to ensure smooth production flow.
* Liaise closely with sales, procurement, and office staff to meet customer demands.
* Plan and coordinate production schedules to optimize resource utilization.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in production management or planning.
* Strong understanding of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high-quality results.
