Whether you have experience in complex care or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you By joining us as a Support Worker, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a male in his 30s, in Reepham. Our service user is an active gentleman with numerous interests, including watching TV, listening to music, painting and engaging in water activities. Although he cannot communicate verbally, he expresses his needs through body language. We are looking for patient and encouraging individuals to support him in living as independently as possible, while staying alert and responsive to his needs. You’ll carry out meal preparation, support domestic tasks, and provide personal care when required. Experience with learning disabilities (LD) or special educational needs (SEN) is advantageous but not essential.
