Who We're Looking For:
Note: This is primarily an office-based role (4 days a week in the office) for applicants based in the UK.
As an Account Executive at Zero100, you will be an integral part of the team focused on retaining, growing, and servicing our existing customer base. You will take ownership of a book of business comprising our valued members and collaborate closely with the customer engagement and research teams to ensure our clients are deriving maximum value from our offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our commercial relationship with members, develop account strategies, and ensure that engagement aligns with each member's priorities and Zero100's capabilities. Your goal will be to renew 100% of our existing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the commercial relationship with existing members, driving account strategy to ensure alignment with Zero100 capabilities and member priorities.
* Collaborate with customer engagement and research teams to ensure clients are deriving value from our offerings.
* Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with C-Level clients, asking intelligent discovery questions to align our services with their business objectives and ensure account renewal and growth.
* Exercise strong judgment in defining the best class Zero100 customer experience.
* Act as the voice of our clients within the organization, balancing client requests with Zero100 business ROI.
* Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in Enterprise subscription, research, or SaaS sales, with at least 6+ years in a similar role.
* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, including selling six-figure deals to large enterprises at the C-level.
* Experience negotiating contracts with sophisticated procurement teams.
* Ability to develop warm client relationships, challenge client thinking, and create emotional connections during the sales process.
* Resourcefulness, resilience, and strong oral and written communication skills.
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a solutions mindset, willing to contribute to building a business.
* Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and persevere through challenges.
* Willingness to adapt and flex as the business evolves.
