As our Construction Administrator, you will provide administrative support for construction projects, including document preparation, meeting coordination, supply management, and training organisation. It also involves maintaining records, tracking safety data, and assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements. E.g. COINS and 4build app. Arrange and support construction meetings and events, including accommodation arrangements as required. Collate monthly Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) figures. Assist in the production of site setup and Plot handover packs. Collate and log build cases and communications from sites into Vistry’s CRM system, Keys. Support the Contracts Manager with the distribution of construction-related documents and reports to site teams and relevant stakeholders and members of the supply chain. E.g. NHQC reports. Maintain an accurate and efficient electronic filing and archiving system. Be familiar with the Company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
