You’ll be providing vital support across all departments and working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a 30-minute break and earning a salary of £28000 per annum.
As the Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact, answering calls, taking messages, and transferring them to the relevant department. You’ll also welcome visitors, ensuring they sign in and out and provide them with refreshments when needed.
Your responsibilities will also include:
* Maintaining a daily call log and processing call-out details
* Logging jobs and ensuring all paperwork is filed correctly
* Typing up job documentation for costing and submission
* Scanning, filing, and managing electronic and manual records
* Processing invoices and providing purchase order numbers when required
* Checking for parcels and post
* Tracking tools signed out and updating spreadsheets
* Providing support across all departments and covering staff absences
* Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
* Managing and notifying the Contract Manager of deliveries and ensuring items are stored correctly.
