Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, design, deliver, and develop study programmes for diverse learner groups. Drive best practices in teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure high-quality standards and continuity. Assess learners in line with established guidelines. Develop part-time, full-time, and bespoke programmes to meet learners' needs. The Role: The primary focus is the development and delivery of T-Level courses in Design, Surveying & Planning and Building Services Engineering, as well as related professional construction pathways. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) and benefits from government funding through the Levelling Up incentive. Candidate Profile: A teaching qualification, such as DTLLS, Cert Ed, or PGCE. Current experience delivering learning within the education sector. Expertise in professional construction disciplines and a passion for developing learners’ skills and knowledge.
