Job Description: The post holder should contribute to the Service goals and objectives:

The post holder will be responsible for delivering excellent results and:
1. Act with integrity as a council representative; the post holder will be required to work in tenanted and occupied houses/premises where no other council employee is present.
2. Always put the customer first.
3. Be courteous and have respect for others.
4. Aim to give the customer first-class service and get it right the first time.
5. Ensure the customers are informed and updated on the progress of work.
6. Go the extra mile to get things done.
7. Work in secure locations such as schools, care homes, and other public buildings, adhering to the rules within the building and demonstrating a degree of sensitivity.
