What does our Administration Supervisor Do? Provide comprehensive support and guidance to management teams and support with administration queries Answer the phone line within the contract opening hours and take payments over the phone. Complete daily appeals and rejection letters in-line with the contract Manage and issue season tickets on behalf of the 8-council contract Run the payroll processes from end to end resolving any payroll queries Oversee the recruitment process end to end for NI Consortium contract Maintain recruitment trackers Manage relevant data and report to wider management teams regularly Raise purchase orders as required Maintain purchase order tracker Be the first point of contact for any HR System queries What do you need to be an Administration Supervisor?
