IT Support Engineer - West Yorkshire - £24-26K
An established client of ours in the Technology sector is looking for an IT Technician to join their internal IT department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide advice, high-level support, and practical assistance to our users via the IT service desk telephone system and remote support software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing 1st line technical support, answering support queries via phone & email.
* Carrying out user administration and setup.
* Office 365 administration and support.
* Logging & prioritising system & user support calls for the second line support team.
* Creating and administrating Microsoft Exchange email accounts.
* Managing Active Directory Federated Services.
* Supporting Azure AD.
* Maintaining a pleasant, patient, and professional manner when dealing with users.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolution of all client queries.
* Documenting and maintaining Help Desk policies and procedures.
* Using remote control software tools to provide fault resolution and diagnosis.
