We have an excellent opportunity for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract to join our dedicated marketing team, where you will provide expert marketing support and strategy to our SJP Partners and Advisers. This includes planning, branding, campaigns, and online presence. This is a fun and exciting role with high-level exposure to support our partnership business.
Who are we looking for:
You will be innovative, high-reaching, and possess an organised and strategic approach. We are seeking a curious individual who asks questions, shares knowledge, and communicates effectively, with a collaborative and agile approach to work.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver an impactful marketing consultancy service and support capability for our London and South East Partnership.
2. Assist Partner Practices in developing their marketing plans, campaigns, and measurement strategies, ensuring marketing activities are coordinated with other corporate services and propositions.
3. Provide strategic marketing consultancy and planning support for the internal Field Management Team in the Westerham and Knightsbridge locations.
4. Deploy the corporate marketing strategy, including campaigns and new proposition launches.
5. Identify and implement innovative regional marketing and business growth initiatives.
6. Support London hub marketing activities, such as sponsorships, events, and brand activation.
7. Build and implement robust marketing governance, operational processes, and Management Information Reports.
8. Act as a marketing ambassador and a point of contact between the central marketing team and the London Hub.
Requirements:
1. Strategic marketing experience in the Financial and/or Wealth Industry, with a consistent record in implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
2. Awareness of the evolving marketing and finance regulatory landscape.
3. Highly knowledgeable of digital marketing.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Willingness to travel across designated locations.
6. Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification or equivalent experience.
7. Knowledge of Consumer Duty.
8. Experience of Salesforce.
