Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant- Complex Care - Bury Claimont Health have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Support Worker. This role will be based in the community supporting clients who have complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support at home. We are looking for individuals to join our team either on a Permanent or 0-hour contractual basis. Required Skills/Qualifications: 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience. NVQ Level 3 related subjects. NVQ Level 4 related subjects. Nursery nurse qualifications or similar. Diploma in relevant health/ social subject. Commitment to delivering client specific care. Adaptable and Professional approach to support client and family members.
