Join our client as an Early Careers & Skills Development Coach and play a vital role in developing and inspiring apprentices within a world-class training environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver high-quality training using a coaching and blended learning approach to guide apprentices towards occupational competence.
* Track learner progress, ensuring effective performance reporting and data management.
* Support apprentices through off-the-job training, career guidance, and welfare support to aid their development and transition into the business.
* Incorporate modern learning techniques such as skills competitions and problem-based learning into programmes.
* Develop engaging training content tailored to both individual learners and business needs.
* Ensure safeguarding, safety, health, and wellbeing measures are in place for all learners.
* Engage with key stakeholders to keep programme content relevant and aligned with industry demands.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* Experience in manufacturing or maintenance (electrical or mechanical).
* Strong occupational knowledge and expertise in the field.
* Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others effectively.
Desirable:
* Awareness of pastoral support and learner wellbeing.
* A1 or TAQA qualification (or equivalent).
