The Role
You will be responsible for managing the short-shelf category for the business, managing one direct report beneath you.
Responsibilities include:
1. Taking the lead on the planning of the short-shelf life category.
2. Managing 1 direct report.
3. Building and managing relationships with suppliers and co-packers.
4. Working closely with demand planners to ensure accurate supply plans.
5. Analyzing performance and slow-moving stock.
The Person
Ideally, you will meet many of the bullet points listed. However, if you feel your experience can match, it’d be great to find out more.
1. Experience in supply planning for food or drinks products is essential.
2. Strong Excel and analysis skills.
3. Management or leadership experience is desirable.
4. Proactive and strong communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role where you'll be in the office 3 days a week.
The salary bracket for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus and benefits.
