Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of luxury and supercars.
2. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality.
4. Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs completed.
5. Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a mechanic, with a focus on luxury or high-performance vehicles preferred.
2. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
3. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
4. Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive repair (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
5. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
7. A valid driver's license.
