Our client is seeking a Home Insulation Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and manage a growing team of installers while ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of insulation installers, providing day-to-day guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and efficiency.
* Project Oversight: Oversee multiple cavity wall and loft insulation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
* Quality Control: Perform regular site inspections to ensure installations meet the company's quality standards, PAS2030 compliance, and health & safety requirements.
* Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the installation process, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction at all stages of the project.
* Logistics & Resource Management: Manage the procurement and allocation of materials and equipment, ensuring that the team has everything they need to deliver successful installations.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in processes, systems, and overall project delivery to increase efficiency and maintain high standards of service.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: At least 2 years' experience in managing cavity wall and loft insulation projects, preferably within the energy efficiency, construction, or home improvement sectors.
* Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Solid knowledge of health and safety practices, particularly in relation to insulation installation and construction environments.
