We are looking for an experienced and creative marketing superstar to support digital activations across all channels, to contribute to and improve campaigns and digital touchpoints across the Greenwich Peninsula ecosystem for the benefit of all audiences.

Our team is made up of cultural place makers, commercial marketing mavens and communication whizz kids. Collectively, we develop strategies and execute plans which help to realise the full value potential of the place – from both a property and placemaking point of view. Together, we know our audience inside out, and constantly seek new opportunities to expand our reach and build advocacy. You'll have an impact by...
* Executing the digital marketing strategy, with the aim to reach, acquire, convert, and engage with our various customer bases.
* Supporting the delivery of all digital marketing campaigns across property, events and brand. This includes optimising our websites and landing pages to maximise performance and drive conversions.
* Building positive working relationships and working closely with the wider marketing team.
* Managing the organic social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes inputting into the social strategy, content creation, delivery, and reporting.
* Liaising with external agencies/partners to ensure smooth delivery of the digital campaigns and wider strategy.
* Regularly assessing and reporting on traffic and engagement across digital platform, aiming to achieve set annual KPIs.
* Working closely with the wider marketing team to learn more about our customers and their journeys through the GP ecosystem.
You'll impress us by having...
* 2+ years' experience in the full digital mix, including website content management, social media content creation and community management.
* Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC and paid Social Media campaign development, execution and reporting.
* A creative frame of mind, while still understanding the importance of the data within the digital space.
* Proficiency in Adobe CS Suite design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Experience in Marketing Cloud / Salesforce including email creation (HTML), database management, and reporting.
* Strong copywriting skills to ensure the brand tone-of-voice is reflected across all digital assets and content is engaging for customers.
* Experience in supporting digital campaigns: writing briefs, liaising with agencies and contributing to the creative development of engaging campaigns.
* Project management: setting and keeping to deadlines, effective communication, and prioritisation.
* Experience in property or commercial business would be beneficial.
