Workday Benefits Consultant (Contract) – Outside IR35

Are you a Workday Benefits expert with a strong grasp of benefits administration and system optimisation? We are seeking an experienced consultant to support a high-profile client in London, ensuring they maximize the value of Workday’s Benefits module while streamlining processes and enhancing user experience.
The Role:
As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will work closely with key stakeholders to enhance and optimize their Workday Benefits functionality. You will serve as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between HR, payroll, and technical teams to ensure seamless benefits administration and process improvements. This role is a hybrid position, requiring presence in the London office as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, payroll, and technical teams to understand business requirements and align them with Workday Benefits capabilities.
2. Advisory & Implementation: Provide expert guidance on Workday Benefits configurations, enhancements, and best practices to optimize employee benefits administration.
3. Process Optimisation: Identify areas for efficiency improvements within benefits workflows, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and company policies.
4. System Enhancements: Support system upgrades, integrations, and testing efforts to maintain a high-performing Workday Benefits module.
5. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution, ensuring seamless operation of the benefits system.
Key Requirements:
1. Workday Benefits Expertise: Extensive experience working with Workday Benefits, including configuration, implementation, and optimisation.
2. HR & Benefits Knowledge: Strong understanding of employee benefits administration, policies, and UK-specific regulations.
3. Technical Proficiency: Ability to analyse system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Proven ability to liaise between HR, payroll, IT, and other business units, translating technical concepts into business language.
5. Contracting Experience: Previous experience working in contract roles, ideally within enterprise-scale environments.
6. Hybrid Working: Ability to work flexibly between remote and onsite in London as required.
