Job summary Specialty Doctor, CMHT/MAS Older Adults - Rawtenstall (10 PA) We are excited to advertise this full time (10 PA) Specialty Doctor post in Older Adult Psychiatry to work with the CMHT/MAS team, based at Balladen House, Rawtenstall. This is a permanent post. Main duties of the job The main duties of this post is to provide medical input to the Older Adult CMHT predominantly and some clinical input into the MAS Team. The requirement is for both direct care and advice/consultancy to members of the team, GPs and other practitioners. The setting in which patients are seen reflects their needs. The post holder will be expected to adopt a collaborative multidisciplinary approach to patient care according to the principles of new ways of working. About us To be eligible to apply for this post, you must possess at least 3 year's experience in psychiatry and be fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practice. Ideally, you will be Section 12 Approved, or eligible for approval at the time of commencing employment.
