Contract Manager Facilities Up to 65k + Vehicle + Bonus + Package
We are recruiting for a growing National HVAC organisation who are looking for a Service Contracts Manager based in the South East to lead the organisation's service department, to help grow the department, and take ownership of the processes and systems which are a key component of this role.
The role requires someone with experience in managing a service department and building the service offering to their clients. Someone used to going out there and meeting clients, quoting, and winning new contracts or small works install projects.
This role is Hybrid and also from their Head Office, with flexibility to work from home as and when required. This role is covering various ppm and reactive HVAC maintenance contracts across the Commercial and Industrial sectors.

Contract Manager - Requirements
* HVAC Engineering knowledge - Essential
* NVQ level 2 or above - Desirable
* Full Driving Licence - Desirable
* CRB Checked - Essential
* IT Skills and Report Writing - Essential
This would suit someone who has worked within M&E, Construction, Building Services, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or within other applicable industries.
