You will provide operational management to City Community Team which will include:
Line Management Supervision
Annual Appraisals
Monitoring of wait times and performance measures.
Attend internal and external meetings as required including MDT.
Undertake Audits
Recruitment and Retention
Ensure systems are in place to allocate caseloads etc
Follow relevant policies and procedures.
Budget Management
We are looking for someone who will be visible, motivational, and inspirational who has leadership - managerial experience.
You must be a team player, be an excellent communicator and negotiator and able to work under pressure and be able to engage the team effectively in change.
