The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Account Manager with Motorcycle experience to work in our Datatool brand to allow us to build upon and improve the strength and depth of our sales force and sales capabilities.
Whether they be individuals, organisations or manufacturers, you will ‘sell’ our range of vehicle solutions in return for the exceptional reward you would expect for exceptional performance.
Principally in the UK, we do have new operations opening outside the UK and plans to grow overseas in a secure and sustainable manner.
The Mission
In simple terms, using your skills as directed to:
1. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our existing client base and be a main point of contact for the length of their relationship with the company.
2. Achieve sales objectives through the development and the maintenance of the clients and prospects entrusted to you.
3. Increase customer retention and adoption rates by conducting regular check-in calls.
4. Serve as customer advocate, including collecting customer feedback on product needs, understanding customer and industry trends and articulating those back to the business.
What we’re looking for:
Demonstrable competence in acquiring and managing Accounts in at least one of the following Motorcycle categories:
* OEM
* Importers
* Nationwide Corporate Clients
