Job Summary: The Customer Relationship Lead role is responsible for the implementation and advancement of strategies, plans, and systems that improve the relationship between Bechtel and our customers. The incumbent will work across multiple Global Business Units (GBUs) to define key processes and performance metrics, while also driving change management initiatives to ensure the seamless adoption of new processes and tools. The CR Lead will develop solutions that benefit multiple stakeholders including but not limited to Business Development Managers, Marketing and Business Development GBU Managers, and Executive leadership. In this position, you will play a key role on the Corporate Business Development team. You will build and maintain personal relationships with key contacts, customer organizations, strategic vendors, and partners. You will develop bid and proposal strategies and demonstrate how Bechtel can help customers achieve their objectives. Your work will expand market reach and drive growth and success for Bechtel. Drive the continuous enhancement and adoption for developing and tracking customer relationship and engagement plans. Provides education and support to GBUs and projects to drive completion of customer relationship and engagement plans. Provides guidance to GBUs on the collection of customer feedback (e.g., survey, oral feedback, written feedback). Major Responsibilities: Interprets customer feedback to understand levels of satisfaction and potential opportunities for improvement. Provides additional customer feedback to GBUs and projects to ensure understanding of current levels of customer satisfaction. Supports GBUs in identifying resources needed to address customer challenges or issues. Drive CRM tools implementation, as appropriate, across all Global Business Units, adapting to varied business needs and objectives. Sustain and enhance the deployment of CBL training on projects supporting training communications, promoting best practices, and ensuring alignment with cultural change objective. Provides additional support to Corporate BD and GBUs as needed. Occasional travel to corporate offices and projects will be required. Education and Experience Requirements: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and relevant work experience. Required Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading projects or teams without formal authority, preferably in a cross-functional or matrixed environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate others. Experience implementing complex, organization-wide initiatives. Proven ability to effectively lead and facilitate training sessions. Ability to analyze data, provide insights, and draw actionable conclusions. Strong attention to details. Occasional travel to corporate offices and projects will be required. Clear understanding of change management needs for implementation of new initiatives. Expertise: Leveraging deep knowledge in a specific area to position oneself as a go-to resource. Relationship Building: Developing strong, trust-based relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Communication: Using clear and persuasive communication to align team members with project goals.
