What you'll be working:
Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. However, we understand the importance of a positive work-life balance, and therefore, if you require some flexibility to better suit your personal or professional needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences where possible.
What you'll be doing:
* Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and professional direction of Therapy Services.
* Accountable for all Allied Health Professional Therapists and Therapy Support Staff, managing the Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language teams.
* Maintain an active clinical caseload.
* Be an innovator, educator, and mentor, providing robust representation for therapy services within the Senior Management Team.
* Carry out audit, policy, and service development and research activities and/or programmes.
* Develop and implement standards across Therapy Services that support professional leadership, competence, capacity, and standards of conduct.
* Collaborate with senior management to define and implement new ways of working to maximise benefits.
* Keep people safe from harm and protect their human rights.

Qualifications
* HCPC Registration
Experience
* Be an experienced Therapist.
* Significant experience in a neurological rehabilitation setting.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performance team.
* Passion for patient success and evidence-based practice.
