5. A proven track record in a sales/retail-oriented profession.
What does the Merchant Branch Manager role involve?
1. Running the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builders Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where you can!
2. Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure we keep their repeat business.
3. Supporting key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure we're being innovative and forward-thinking in our approach.
Working Pattern
Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
(with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
