As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be tasked with working in a fast-paced environment where you represent the business as a frontline ambassador and are the first point of contact for all customer needs.

Duties include:
1. Deliver a world-class customer experience.
2. Act with honesty and integrity when delivering service support.
3. Manage all communication lines - WhatsApp, emails, calls, and online presence - Trustpilot and Google Reviews.
4. Complete HR-related enquiries - confirming employment status to HMRC and completing references.
5. Process the end of contract journey - pension and holiday pay refund before P45ing.
6. Educate and enlighten queries relating to payments, expenses, and payslips.
7. Facilitate financial success by providing access to pensions and employee benefits portal.
You don't necessarily need to have previous customer service experience as full training will be provided, but you must have the right attitude to work.
