Solihull Community Housing provides homes and support services for over 10,000 customers in the Solihull Borough. Our Customer Contact Centre provides a high quality service to all our customers dealing with a wide range of queries including repairs, rent accounts, housing management and homelessness.
We have a full time and part time position available.
Full time position covering 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Part time position covering 12pm – 5pm Monday to Friday.

We are looking to recruit Customer Services Advisors to help us deliver further achievements and continued improvements. As the first point of contact for all our customers, you will have a flexible approach to working as well as great communication skills.
With your experience of working under pressure, you will also have excellent customer service skills and a real desire to answer queries at first point of contact. You will combine a sympathetic approach to each customer’s query together with a determination to deliver an accurate and timely response.
Ideally from a contact centre or customer service background, you will be IT proficient and be able to demonstrate a good level of numeracy and literacy.
